Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy supplements Section 4 of the Terms of Service and applies to all payments made to TDS.SO LTD for subscriptions and balance top-ups. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms. The Service is offered for business use (B2B); statutory consumer withdrawal rights apply only where they cannot be lawfully excluded.

2. Trial

The 3-day trial is free and requires no payment method — there is nothing to refund. Use the trial to evaluate whether the Service fits your needs before paying.

3. Subscriptions

Monthly plans are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where mandated by applicable law. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Annual plans — a pro-rated refund of the unused period is available within 30 days of payment, provided the account has not been suspended for a violation of the Terms or the AUP.

4. Balance top-ups

Funds credited to your account balance and not yet spent can be refunded on request within 14 days of the top-up, minus non-recoverable payment-processing fees. Balance that has been spent on tariffs, credits, or other Service features is not refundable. Promotional or bonus balance has no monetary value and is never refundable.

5. Cryptocurrency payments

Due to exchange-rate volatility and network fees, cryptocurrency payments may not be refundable to the originating wallet. Where a refund is due, it is issued in USDT to a wallet you designate, at the exchange rate at the time of the refund. Network (gas) fees are deducted from the refunded amount.

6. How to request a refund

Email legal@tds.so from the address linked to your account, stating the payment date, amount, method, and reason. We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and, where a refund is approved, issue it within 10 business days to the original payment rail (or USDT for crypto, per Section 5).

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute — most issues are resolved faster directly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us, or found to be unwarranted, may result in suspension of the account until the dispute is resolved.

8. Termination for breach

If your account is terminated for a violation of the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, all payments are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
