Terms of Service

Effective January 1, 2026 · TDS.SO LTD, Cyprus

1. Acceptance

By accessing, registering, or using TDS.SO (the "Service"), you ("Customer", "you") enter into a binding agreement with TDS.SO LTD, registered in Cyprus ("we", "us", "Provider"). If you do not agree to any clause, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service tool. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

2. Service description

TDS.SO is a cloud Traffic Distribution System ("TDS"):

  • Conditional routing of HTTP traffic (GEO, device, source, custom rules).
  • JS-fingerprint and behavioural antibot filtering.
  • Landing page builder, white-page templates, AI generator.
  • Click-level analytics, S2S API, postback integration.
  • Domain monitoring against public block lists.

We are a neutral technical conduit. We do not author, endorse, pre-screen, or otherwise control the content, destinations, or advertising claims that you route through the Service.

3. Account

3.1 Eligibility

To register, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter contracts.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are not located in, organised under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions (including OFAC, EU, UK, UN lists), and you are not a Specially Designated National or otherwise sanctioned party.
  • You will use the Service in compliance with all laws applicable to you and to the end users you route traffic to.

3.2 Security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials, API tokens, and devices. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Report compromise or security incidents to security@tds.so. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect credentials.

3.3 No sub-licensing

Your account is granted to you personally or to your organisation. You may not resell, rent, or sub-license access to third parties without a separate written agreement with us.

4. Payment and refunds

4.1 Trial

3 days of free access to all Standard plan features. The trial is activated after you link your Telegram account; no payment method is required. After the trial you either choose a plan or delete your account.

4.2 Plans and processors

  • Standard — $35/mo or $28/mo billed annually.
  • Team — $79/mo or $63/mo billed annually.
  • Enterprise — custom pricing.

Payments are processed by our payment provider (cryptocurrency payments, including USDT TRC-20 / ERC-20, BTC, ETH and other supported assets). Enterprise teams may also pay by bank transfer against an invoice. We do not store payment instrument data on our systems.

4.3 Taxes

Stated prices are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or withholdings imposed by your jurisdiction.

4.4 Refunds

Monthly subscription — non-refundable, except where mandated by applicable consumer protection law.

Annual subscription — pro-rated refund of the unused period is available within 30 days of payment, provided the account has not been suspended for a violation of these Terms.

Cryptocurrency payments may not be refundable to the originating wallet due to exchange-rate volatility; in such cases refunds, where due, will be issued in USDT at the rate at the time of refund.

You agree not to use the Service, directly or indirectly, to deliver, route, host, link to, or otherwise distribute any of the following ("Prohibited Content / Activity"):

5.3 Sanctions and export controls

You may not use the Service to route traffic to, from, or on behalf of sanctioned persons, entities, or territories, or to provide goods or services in breach of applicable export controls.

Any violation of this AUP entitles us to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice and without refund, and to preserve and disclose relevant data to law enforcement, intellectual property rights holders, regulators, or other affected parties as required by law or as we deem reasonably necessary.

6. Customer responsibility for content and traffic

You are solely and exclusively responsible for:

  • Obtaining all necessary consents (including under the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, CCPA/CPRA, and similar regimes) for the collection or processing of end-user personal data through your landings or third-party trackers.
  • Maintaining your own privacy policy, terms, and cookie disclosures on customer-facing pages.

We act only as a technical service provider. We have no editorial control over Customer Content, no obligation to monitor it, and no liability for it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any claim against us arising from Customer Content or its consequences.

9. Your data

Customer Content remains your property. We do not claim ownership over it. To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, cache, and process Customer Content strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the Service to you.

You may export your data (JSON / CSV) or delete your account at any time. Detailed handling, retention, and processor information is set out in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and "as is"

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
