1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter - "Terms") determine the procedure for using the TDS.SO traffic distribution service (hereinafter - "Service").
1.2. By using the Service, you accept all the terms of this agreement in full.
1.3. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Administration does not provide any guarantees regarding the error-free and uninterrupted operation of the Service.
1.4. The Administration reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice to users.
2. Procedure for Using the Service
2.1. Registration and access:
- Registration is required to use the Service
- When registering, the user must provide accurate information
- The user is responsible for the security of their credentials
- Transfer of credentials to third parties is prohibited
2.2. Payment for services:
- The cost of services is determined by tariff plans
- Payment is made on the basis of 100% prepayment
- Refunds are made in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation
3. Prohibited Actions
3.1. When using the Service, it is strictly prohibited to create and distribute:
- Materials that violate the legislation of the Russian Federation
- Phishing and fraudulent resources
- Malicious software
- Content that violates the rights of third parties
- Spam and unsolicited advertising
- Pornographic materials
- Extremist materials
- Materials promoting violence
3.2. It is prohibited to carry out:
- Financial pyramids and cryptocurrency scams
- Deepfakes and other content that violates personal rights
- Copyright infringement and pirated content
- Unauthorized collection of personal data
- Automated attacks on the service
- Actions aimed at disrupting the service
- Attempts to bypass technical limitations
4. Technical Security Measures
4.1. Automatic control systems:
- URL verification against databases of malicious and phishing sites
- Automatic submission of suspicious URLs for moderation
- Control of the number of created redirects
- IP address and geolocation verification
4.2. Moderation procedure:
- Identified suspicious redirects undergo additional moderation
- Verification is carried out within 24 hours from the moment of detection
- The Administration has the right to request additional information
5. Liability and Sanctions
5.1. Access suspension procedure:
- Upon detection of violations, the Administration sends the User a warning via email
- The User has 24 hours to eliminate violations
- If violations are not eliminated, access is suspended
- Immediate blocking without notice is permitted only in case of:
- obvious violation of legislation
- creating a security threat to other users
- at the request of law enforcement agencies
5.2. The User is fully responsible for:
- Compliance of created redirects with the legislation of the Russian Federation
- Accuracy of information provided
- Damage caused to third parties
6. Interaction with Government Authorities
6.1. The Administration cooperates with law enforcement agencies and undertakes to:
- Promptly respond to requests from authorized bodies
- Provide necessary information within the framework of legislation
- Block access to content at the request of competent authorities
6.2. Stored information:
- IP addresses
- Payment data
- User action logs
7. Procedure for Appealing Administration Actions
7.1. In case of disagreement with the administration's actions, the user has the right to:
- Send a reasoned claim to admin@tds.so
- Request clarification of the reasons for the measures taken
- Provide evidence of the legitimacy of their actions
7.2. The Administration undertakes to:
- Consider the claim within 10 business days
- Provide a reasoned response
- Restore access upon confirmation of the legitimacy of the user's actions
8. Force Majeure
8.1. The parties are released from liability for partial or complete non-performance of obligations under this Agreement if this non-performance was the result of force majeure circumstances.
8.2. Force majeure circumstances include:
- Natural disasters
- Military actions
- Terrorist acts
- Actions of government authorities
- Failures in telecommunication networks
9. Final Provisions
9.1. These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
9.2. All disputes are subject to resolution in the courts of the Russian Federation.
9.3. The invalidity of individual provisions of the Terms does not entail the invalidity of all Terms.
9.4. The Terms come into force from the moment of publication and are valid until their withdrawal by the Administration.
9.5. Limitation of liability:
9.5.1. The Administration's total liability to the User is limited to the amount of funds paid by the User for the last month
9.5.2. The Administration is not liable for indirect damages and lost profits
10. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
10.1. Guaranteed indicators:
10.1.1. Service availability: 99.0% per calendar month
10.1.2. Response time for critical incidents: 2 hours
10.1.3. Scheduled maintenance: no more than 4 hours per month with 48 hours notice
10.2. Compensation for unavailability:
10.2.1. For 95-99% availability: 10% discount for the next month
10.2.2. For 90-95% availability: 25% discount for the next month
10.2.3. For less than 90% availability: 50% discount for the next month
10.2.4. Compensation is provided as a discount on the next payment period
10.3. SLA exclusions:
10.3.1. Scheduled maintenance
10.3.2. Force majeure circumstances
10.3.3. User actions or inactions
10.3.4. DDoS attacks and other illegal actions by third parties
10.4. Availability is calculated monthly based on monitoring data.
